Do I need to create an account?
Not to start. Install and connect — the free tier works anonymously, tied to your device. An email is only needed if you upgrade to Pro.
What happens when I run out of free data?
New connections pause until your allowance resets the next day. Upgrade any time, right in the app, for unlimited access immediately.
Is Nelo a VPN?
It uses similar technology, built specifically around speed and reliability rather than general-purpose anonymity — see the Privacy section above for exactly what that means in practice.
Which devices are supported right now?

Can I use one account on more than one device?
Yes, once you're on Pro — sign in with the same email on as many devices as you like.
Will Nelo slow my connection down?
Smart routing only touches traffic that actually benefits from it. Everything else goes direct, untouched — most of your connection never passes through us at all.
How do I cancel?
There's nothing to cancel — Pro isn't a recurring lock-in. Access simply runs out at the end of what you paid for, and you drop back to the free tier automatically.
